Sac River Electric is a licensed electrical contractor in California (CSLB #1126541). We provide professional electrical services and do not sell physical products for return. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
Deposits & Payments
- A deposit may be required to schedule work and cover materials or permitting fees.
- All deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work is scheduled.
Cancellations
- If a customer cancels before work begins, Sac River Electric may, at its discretion, refund a portion of payments not already applied to materials, permits, or labor.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, payments made will be applied toward labor and materials used, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Workmanship Warranty
- Sac River Electric provides a 1-year warranty on labor from the date of service completion.
- If you experience an issue with our workmanship within this warranty period, please contact us and we will address the issue at no additional cost.
