A deposit may be required to schedule work and cover materials, permitting fees, or other project expenses.
Deposits may become non-refundable once materials have been purchased, permits have been obtained, or work has been scheduled or started.
Any additional payment terms included in an estimate, quote, invoice, or service agreement also apply.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, payments will be applied toward labor, materials, permits, and other costs already incurred.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Sac River Electric stands behind the quality of our electrical work. Warranty coverage applies to workmanship performed by Sac River Electric and does not cover damage or failures caused by misuse, modifications by others, existing electrical conditions, manufacturer defects, normal wear, or circumstances outside our control.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment, fixtures, devices, or other materials are subject to the manufacturer's individual warranty terms.
